Vanaf 1 september is het Regionaal Coördinatiepunt (RCP) in de lucht voor huisartsen om te helpen zoeken naar een ELV-, GRZ-, crisis WLZ (PG/somatiek) - of hospiceplek. 
(Het RCP is de opvolger van het RAC.)
